It’s here. The ACA International Fall 2021 Forum will kick off in Chicago on November 3. The three-day conference is action-packed with the latest and greatest sessions, Q&A opportunities, and peer-to-peer conversations to help members succeed.
Held at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, the ACA Fall Forum provides opportunities to network with industry experts in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), gain valuable regulatory knowledge, healthcare and legal, and more!
Fall Forum materials, including participant badges, pocket planners and bags, can be picked up starting at 3 p.m. on November 3 at the registration desk located outside the Regency Ballroom at the ballroom level of the West Tower of the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
For those arriving on Wednesday, ACA’s first-ever Women’s Workshop is a one-day event taking place on November 3 in conjunction with the ACA Fall Forum. The workshop, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CDT, will focus on identifying and solving the unique challenges of women in the ARM industry, and offers incredible opportunities for business networking, career empowerment and personal growth.
The energizing workshop, sponsored by CCMR3, the sponsor of the diamond, as well as Renkim, Genesys and TCN, will also feature guest speaker Dr. Heather Johnson, who will help attendees develop the confidence, tools and relationships you need to thrive in a male-dominated industry.
Following the women’s workshop, a welcome reception will be held in the Expo Hall from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. CDT on November 3.
To kick off the first official day of the forum, ACA CEO Mark Neeb will lead a virtual discussion on November 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. CDT with Republican National Congressional Committee Chairman Tom Emmer, R- Minn.
Session tracks throughout the Fall Forum include The Reg F, Healthcare Collections, and Legal Education.
Registration for the Reg F Listening Room, starting November 4, is also available for those who cannot attend in person. After the Fall Forum, sign up for the Nov. 9 Hot Topics Seminar, Reg F Ask Me Anything to get your questions answered before the Nov. 30 effective date of the Reg F of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and leverage your conference education.
Other events during the Fall Forum include Ping-Pong for the People, supporting the ACPAC Administrative Fund, at SPIN Chicago on November 4, and the Reg F table discussions, held on November 4 during the small – lunch, lunch and breaks in the exhibition hall. Pick a topic and share best practices with your colleagues. Tables in the exhibition hall will be identified with topics for discussion. The seats are limited. Blank table tents will be provided to create new topics if you don’t see a topic you want to discuss.
